Returns and Exchanges

Thank you for shopping at Posh North Boutique! Posh wants you to be 100% satisfied with your order! If you are not, please read the following policies. Items eligible for return:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with original tags attached.
  • Items are received within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • Please note, SALE/CLEARANCE items, JEWELRY, Beauty, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Scarves, Headbands, Belts and Gift Certificates are final sale.

Credit will be issued in the form of store credit only. If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected.

Process to make your return:

  • You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
  • Next, email us at to request a Return Form and include it in the box with the items you are returning.
  • Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice.
  • Once your package is received please allow 5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed, you will be emailed a notification once your return is received with your credit amount.
  • To Return an Item via Mail – Review the criteria above and make sure that the item(s) are eligible for a return, fill out our Return Form and Policy and ship to:

Exchange Policy:

To process an exchange, please call 623.518.6436 and we will place a new order and ship it to you with no additional shipping cost. We may need the credit card info again if the items to be exchanged cost more than the items wanted. Our system does not store credit card info for your protection.

Trouble with your order?

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.   If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receipt.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
