Items eligible for return:
- Merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with original tags attached.
- Items are received within 14 days from the original purchase date.
- Please note, SALE/CLEARANCE items, JEWELRY, Beauty, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Scarves, Headbands, Belts and Gift Certificates are final sale.
- We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, such as dry cleaning, washing or wear.
Once we receive the package, the refund will be processed and you will receive the full value of the product as a refund.
If your return does not meet the above criteria, please do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected.
Process to make your return:
- In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
- Please email us with your order # and the items you would like to return.
- Send your package back to us via the shipping method of your choice- PLEASE USE A TRACKABLE Option & Insurance for proof of the return.
- Using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise you must contact us within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS.
